1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the 88baje website located at https://88baje.org (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. 88baje reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To open an account and participate in real-money gaming activities on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 88baje strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and may request identity documentation at any time to verify your age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.
• You do not already hold an existing 88baje account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account closed for a breach of these Terms.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

88baje operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme to confirm the identity, age, and residential address of all account holders. You agree to provide the following documentation upon request:

• Identity: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate.
• Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or other official document issued within the previous three months showing your name and Bangladesh address.
• Payment method: Evidence that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your name (e.g., a screenshot of a bKash or Nagad account in your name).

Until KYC verification is complete, 88baje may restrict withdrawals, limit deposit amounts, or suspend promotional eligibility at its sole discretion. Accounts that cannot be verified to our satisfaction may be closed and any remaining balance returned to the original deposit source after deducting any bonus amounts.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other website or service.
• Not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify 88baje immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

88baje will never ask you for your password by any means, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from 88baje that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately. All activity conducted under your account credentials will be attributed to you and held to be your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to us in advance of the relevant activity taking place.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation of the transaction by the payment provider. 88baje does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification being complete. Withdrawal amounts may not exceed your verified available account balance. Processing times vary by method: mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within five minutes during operational hours (06:00–23:00 Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.

Prohibited funding sources: You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any funds identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the relevant account reviewed for compliance.

88baje reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where the account has not been fully verified. Withdrawals to a different payment method than the one used for the original deposit may require additional documentation.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

88baje offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible account holders, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 for new registrations and periodic reload bonuses, seasonal promotions (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, BPL season), and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have completed KYC verification.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated time limit.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household address, per IP address, and per device.

7 Gameplay Rules and Betting Conduct

All casino games available on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are streamed in real time from regulated third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined solely by chance and the rules of each individual game.

You agree to use the Platform for personal entertainment only and not for any commercial purpose. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or mispricings in sports betting odds for financial gain. Any winnings obtained in this manner are void and will not be paid.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game content, software, and the overall design and presentation of the website, is the property of 88baje or its content and technology licensors. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without prior written permission from 88baje.

9 Responsible Gaming

88baje is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to every account holder at no cost:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control spending.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum net loss over a defined period.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications when a defined play session duration has elapsed.

88baje's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

12 Platform Availability and Amendments

88baje endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party technical failures, and factors outside our control may cause temporary downtime. 88baje shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability.

88baje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, including game offerings, payment methods, and promotional programmes. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated via email to registered account holders or by prominent notice on the Platform at least seven days before they take effect, where reasonably practicable.

13 Termination and Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified available balance (net of applicable bonus obligations) will be returned to your nominated payment method.

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with your account.
• Your account fails KYC verification.

• You have self-excluded and attempt to re-register before the exclusion period has elapsed.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 15 Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 88baje with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
